Lead to CRM AI
Data Enrichment → Classification → Routing → Notification
Every incoming lead is enriched (website, industry, size), qualified by fit/intent, routed to the right salesperson with an automated brief. No more lost leads in email.
Connect CRM, websites, e-learning, mail marketing, VoIP, AI models, and business tools in end-to-end flows. We sell you a system with a name and a perimeter, not a package of hours.
Most automation consultants sell a package of work hours. We sell a system with a name, a scope, a fixed cost, and a success KPI. It changes everything.
Four flows that have been in production with multiple clients. They are custom-fitted to your stack, but the structure is battle-tested.
Data Enrichment → Classification → Routing → Notification
Every incoming lead is enriched (website, industry, size), qualified by fit/intent, routed to the right salesperson with an automated brief. No more lost leads in email.
VoIP call → transcription → sentiment/intent analysis → CRM record
Sales and support calls are automatically transcribed, analyzed by an LLM (sentiment, BANT, next steps), and finalized as structured records in the CRM. Zero manual data entry.
Unstructured input → AI extraction → Final document
From unstructured PDFs, emails, or forms, AI extracts relevant data and generates the final document (PDF, invoice, contract, quote) using the company template. With optional human validation.
AI personalized reminder + automatic escalation
Reminder emails/SMS written in a personalized tone (gentle/firm/formal) based on customer history, graduated escalation, integration with the accountant. Recover without burning relationships.
We’re not neutral—we fight tooth and nail for some of our choices. Below are the technologies we use in the 90% projects and why we stick to them.
Open source, self-hosted, predictable costs, data stays in-house. It's our first choice. We use Make and Zapier when the client already has them—we don't propose them from scratch.
Dual provider always. GPT-4o for agentic tasks and speed; Claude Sonnet for long-form reasoning and writing quality. Automatic switching in case of outage.
Every serious system needs a serious database. Self-hosted Postgres or managed Supabase. No Airtable/Notion as a production backend.
Premier Pipedrive Partner, Certified ActiveCampaign. For HubSpot, Salesforce, and Keap, we collaborate with dedicated specialists.
Integrations with standard VoIP PBXs (3CX, Wildix, Zoiper) → local or cloud Whisper transcription → LLM analysis. Typical latency < 30s.
When n8n Isn't Enough: Custom Microservices in PHP (WordPress integration) or TypeScript/Node. Documented REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD.
2-8 weeks per system. Always with the same structure: signed scope, prototype, hardening, handover. Zero surprises.
Let's map out the end-to-end flow on a virtual whiteboard, identify source/destination systems, and define edge cases. Sign-off on scope.
Week 1Building the workflow in n8n using real data. Every 3 days, we review what’s working and what needs to be corrected. No surprise "final reports.".
Weeks 2-4Let's add error handling, exponential retries, alerting, monitoring dashboards. Testing with real edge cases. Backups and rollbacks.
Weeks 5-6Operating runbook, technical documentation, handover session with the team. Optional retainer for evolutions and optimizations.
Week 7-8Three reasons: (1) it’s self-hosted, so your data doesn’t pass through third parties; (2) predictable costs (fixed monthly fee vs. per-step); (3) much more powerful for complex logic and custom code. If you’re already using Make or Zapier, we’ll keep them, but for new projects, we recommend n8n.
Yes, but with a condition: some maintenance is needed. APIs change, AI models evolve. Typically 1-2 hours of tuning per month are sufficient — included in the €350/month retainer.
It depends on the volume. A Voice-to-CRM system with 200 calls/week: ~€80-150/month. A Lead-to-CRM system with 500 leads/month: ~€30-60/month. Always less than the cost of a person doing that job manually.
Yes. n8n runs very well on-premises, and so does Postgres. For AI models, there are several options: Anthropic/OpenAI with EU endpoints and zero training; or self-hosted open-source models (Llama, Mistral) if you have strict constraints.
No, never. If someone is already handling automations, we work alongside them or take on only the part they aren't interested in doing (e.g., complex AI integrations). No turf wars.
30 minutes free. We'll map out your company's 3-5 most painful processes and identify where well-done automation frees up the most hours with the least effort.
