AI agents integrated into your real workflow.

We design and implement AI agents that they decide and act Within a perimeter defined by you: qualify leads, generate quotes, transcribe and analyze calls, update the CRM. No generic chatbots — systems that do things.

Let's talk about your first agent See how it works
The difference that matters

Chatbot responds. AI Agent acts.

The 90% of what they call "enterprise AI" is still just a chatbot. An agent is something else entirely: it makes decisions within a scope that you define, and executes them on your systems.

Traditional chatbot

Answer pre-wired questions

  • Fixed decision tree
  • Text-only output
  • It does not write on your systems
  • "Open a ticket to human"
  • It costs little, frees little.
Solucom AI Agent

Decide and act on your systems.

  • Reason about the goal, choose the tools.
  • Reads and writes: CRM, calendar, email
  • Performs multi-step tasks autonomously
  • Escalate to a human only if necessary
  • Free hours per week: 10-30
Typical cases

Agents we have already implemented.

Everyone starts with a concrete customer problem. No "AI POCs" for their own sake — only things that go into production.

01 / Sales

Sales Intelligence Agent

VoIP → transcription → analysis → CRM

The agent listens to sales calls, extracts sentiment, objections, BANT, and next steps. It updates the deal in the CRM, calculates real-time funnel KPIs, and notifies the manager only where intervention is needed.

VoIP Whisper GPT-4o Pipedrive
Typical customer B2B agency Free ~20 hrs/week
02 / Document

Document AI Processor

Unstructured input → extraction → final document

From a natural language request or an incoming PDF, the agent extracts relevant data, validates it, generates the final document (offer, contract, invoice) using the company template, and sends it.

Claude LaTeX PDFKit
Typical customer consulting firm Free 12 hours/week
03 / Lead

Inbound lead pre-qualification

Form / LinkedIn → enrichment → routing

The agent enriches every inbound lead (website, size, industry, recent news), qualifies it for fit/intent, and routes it to the right salesperson with a brief ready for the first call. No more "who the hell is this".

n8n Clearbit OpenAI
Typical customer SaaS B2B Free ~8h/week
04 / Support

Advanced Multilingual FAQ

Private knowledge base → answer + handoff

Agent that responds to internal documentation in 4 languages. Understands context, cites source, hands off to human with thread summary when the case is complex or emotional.

RAG Pinecone Claude
Typical customer e-learning Free ~15 hours/week
How does it work

From idea to production agent.

Typically 4-10 weeks, iterative development with weekly reviews. We always start with a single well-defined task—no "do-it-all agent.".

01 / Discovery

Let's define the perimeter

What tasks, systems, and decisions can the agent handle independently when the call is transferred to a human agent? Output: technical brief + expected ROI.

Week 1
02 / Prototype

Navigable prototype

In two weeks, we'll have the agent working end-to-end on a real case. Let's see together where it thinks correctly and where it needs to be corrected.

Weeks 2-3
03 / Production

Integration + hardening

We connect it to real systems (CRM, email, VoIP), add logging, fallback, and cost monitoring. Fix edge cases.

Weeks 4-8
04 / Handover

Measurement + docs

We'll measure the KPIs defined at the beginning (hours freed up, qualified leads, errors). Operational documentation + monitoring retainer.

Week 8-10
What's included

What do you bring home.

01

Technical Brief and KPIs

Scope document with objectives, decision-making perimeter, baseline, and success KPIs. Signed before development.

02

Production Agent

Integrated system in your real tools, with versioned prompts, error handling, retries, and structured logging.

03

Monitoring Dashboard

Volume task, success rate, token costs, latency, escalation. To understand if the agent is working well or slipping.

04

Runbook + team training

Operational documentation, known issues, how to modify prompts, live handover session with the internal team.

05

AI Act-Ready Register

The agent is delivered with the AI Act registration form already filled out: risk classification, transparency, and log.

06

Optional retainer

Maintenance, cost optimization, model updates, scope evolution. Starting from €350/month.

Specific Service FAQ

Questions we always get.

How "intelligent" is an AI agent in 2026?

A lot on well-defined and repeatable tasks, much less on open-ended and ambiguous tasks. An agent that qualifies leads, analyzes calls, or generates standard documents works very well. An agent that "manages customer success" entirely doesn't exist yet.

Does the data stay within my company?

Yes, with appropriate configuration. We use enterprise/EU endpoints of models (OpenAI EU, Anthropic, self-hosted models) with zero training opt-out. Data is transmitted encrypted and is not used to train any models.

What happens if the agent makes a mistake?

For each agent, we define: (1) a confidence threshold, below which it escalates to a human; (2) a sandbox of reversible actions; (3) a complete audit log of every decision; (4) a circuit breaker that shuts it down in case of anomalies. Security is not optional.

How much does it cost to run per month?

It depends on the volume of tasks. Typically €50-€400/month for API costs (OpenAI/Anthropic) + €0-€150/month for hosting if self-hosted. Always less than the cost of the time it frees up.

Is it really worth it for a 5-person SME?

It depends. If you have a repetitive task that costs you more than 5 hours per week and has stable rules: almost always yes. If you're unsure where the agent would fit into your workflow: talk to us before spending. The call is free.
