In a table, this information, if it exists, is just one column that nobody updates.<\/li>\n<li><strong>It gets dirty quickly.<\/strong> Duplicate rows, half-finished entries, \u00abto be verified\u00bb items that linger for months. A messy record \u2014 as we know well from CRMs too \u2014 simply doesn't get used.<\/li>\n<li><strong>It doesn't produce proof.<\/strong> In case of a check, you don't need a sheet of paper: you need a <strong>ordered file<\/strong> that demonstrates that you have control over your AI systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>What is really needed<\/h2>\n<p>Not complicated software, but a tool designed for the task: a <strong>Live registry<\/strong> of your AI systems, of the people involved, and of the evaluations, with <strong>Automatic reminders<\/strong> On deadlines, one <strong>trace of who does what<\/strong> and the possibility of <strong>Export a file<\/strong> ready for an audit.
